This 14-CD set is really very complete (a few absences are mentioned below). Besides the solo fortepiano works, it features works for piano four-hands, two pianos, even works for organ and the adagio for glass harmonica KV 617a, though these works are performed on the fortepiano. Frankly, I can't bear listening to the glass harmonica, but I prefer the organ works played on organ and the CD with Mozart's organ works I recommend is Mozart - L'oeuvre pour orgue, Olivier Vernet, Cédric Meckler, Ligia Digital. Furthermore, this box presents some never before recorded works comprising recent authentications of Mozart's authorship; doubtful and spurious works; fragments. I name these works below.

Since his triumph as winner of the 1970 Chopin International Piano Competition, pianist Garrick Ohlsson, has established himself worldwide as a musician of magisterial interpretive and technical prowess. Ohlsson said of this set, “This monumental recording project first came about when the American record company Arabesque approached me with an irresistible offer to record the complete works of Chopin. I accepted with enthusiasm and an awareness of the magnitude of the task. My total immersion in the Chopin project was enhanced by a concurrent series of recitals of the complete solo works in the US and several European capitals from 1995 to 1997. I am delighted that these recordings are now available again as a boxed set on Hyperion.”

Enforcer issued fifth full-length studio album Zenith on April 26th, 2019 through Nuclear Blast Records. Guitarist / vocalist Olof Wikstrand commented: “Zenith is definitely the most ambitious project we ever engaged ourselves in. I think all together we spent over two and a half years writing, producing and recording it all. We are super excited to finally get this one out to you all. Beware the ‘Zenith Of The Black Sun’.” Drums were recorded at Soundtrade Studios, Stockholm, with the rest of the tracking completed at Hvergelmer Studios, Arvika. Zenith was produced by Enforcer themselves. Zenith marks the debut of guitarist Jonathan Nordwall.

Forever: An Anthology is a good but flawed double-disc overview of Judy Collins' long, prolific, and productive career at Elektra/Asylum Records. Over the course of 35 tracks, nearly all of Collins' best-known songs are showcased ("Someday Soon," "Who Knows Where the Time Goes," "Send in the Clowns," "Both Sides Now," "Hard Lovin' Loser," "Amazing Grace").

This recording of Schubert's beloved "Trout" Quintet may not be not the greatest recording of the work ever made. How could it be? Chamber ensembles have been recording the "Trout" since the invention of recording and there are perhaps more great recordings of the piece in the catalogue than of any other chamber work. But the qualities that make for a great recording of the "Trout" are abundantly present in this recording, too, and anyone who loves the work will have to hear it.
