Special limited edition collector's box featuring previously unreleased recordings from the early '70s by legendary guitarist/songwriter/producer, Todd Rundgren! Although it's missing a few important (not to mention big) hits, Greatest Hits, Vols. 1 & 2 is an excellent retrospective of the first half of Billy Joel's career. Beginning with "Piano Man," the first disc runs through a number of early songs before arriving at the hit-making days of the late '70s; some of these songs, including "Captain Jack" and "New York State of Mind," weren't strictly hits, but were popular numbers within his stage show and became radio hits. Once the songs from The Stranger arrive halfway through the first disc, there's no stopping the hits (although "Scenes From an Italian Restaurant," an album track from The Stranger, manages its way onto the collection). In fact, over the next disc and a half, there's so many hits, it's inevitable that some are left off – to be specific, "Honesty," "Sometimes a Fantasy," "An Innocent Man," "Leave a Tender Moment," and "Keeping the Faith" aren't included.

In the year in which Toquinho celebrates his 70th birthday and 40 years of career, marked by his first solo LP, Discobertas brings together the solo albums that the guitarist, singer and composer released in his first 10 years of solo work. In parallel with the rich discography as a duo with Vinicius de Moraes, at that time Toquinho began a solid solo career - to which we think it is fair to add the rare special project 'Botequim', a unique partnership with Gianfrancesco Guarnieri and featuring the singer Marlene.

This is in fact a very strong debut album by this 90's Italian symphonic prog band. It's much in the spirit of the 70's masters, but they are presenting here really their very own style. Musicianship is excellent and there is a broad spectrum of instruments used, like acoustic and electric guitars, flute, sax, piano and different keyboard sounds. The songs are sometimes rather lengthy featuring multiple parts which are often very much different from each other.

We are very happy to announce, that due to popular demand, Matthew Halsall’s 2011 award-winning album, ON THE GO, is being issued for the first time on vinyl (2xLP), including three (never heard before) bonus tracks. This particular concert, recorded in Bourges in 1979, stands out as a moment of grace, partly due to its extreme tension and the risks taken collectively, which the audience still reminisces of to this day.

Shiver is the exciting and boundary pushing second record from LA-based Icelandic musician Jónsi, co-produced by A. G.
