Structural clarity and tonal splendor: Rudolf Kempe's legacy rediscovered!These are three previously unreleased live recordings from 1971 and 1973 that illustrate the entire spectrum of Richard Strauss' work: his monumental Alpine Symphony, the comedic-theatrical suite to Der Bürger als Edelmann and the intimate, ethereal Metamorphosen. The Munich Philharmonic Orchestra performs under the direction of its chief conductor at the time, Rudolf Kempe. Kempe's unmistakable interpretations are characterized by structural clarity and tonal transparency, combined with a subtle sense of drama. The recordings are a document of their time and at the same time a timeless homage to one of the most important Strauss interpreters of the 20th century.

The Spanish-American soprano, Vanessa Goikoetxea, studied at the Conservatory of Bilbao and then moved to Madrid's Conservatory. She continued her studies with Edith Wiens at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in München where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Opera. She is a winner of the Deborah Voigt/ Vero Beach Opera Foundation Prize at Marcello Giordani Competition in the USA.Vanessa Goikoetxea has emerged as one of the most sought after sopranos of her generation. She appeared in some among the most important international venues, working with such conductors as Fabio Luisi, Matteo Beltrami, Pier Giorgio Morandi, Carlo Montanaro, Patrick Fournillier, Diego Fasolis, Massimo Zanetti and Sir Andrew Davis.

Bruce Springsteen Among rock music's most iconic figures, Bruce Springsteen often feels like the one who loves and believes in rock & roll the most, eager to re-create the breathless emotions it brings out in him. Embracing the pleasures of the sounds of AM radio in the 1950s and '60s (garage rock, British Invasion, R&B, blue-eyed soul, emotional teen pop) with the literacy of the singer/songwriter movement and a fierce desire to document the lives of the blue-collar world in which he grew up, Springsteen's music was always a grand, ambitious amalgam. (He once said he dreamed of making an album with words like Bob Dylan, sounding like Phil Spector, and with vocals like Roy Orbison.) His sound found full flower on 1973's eclectic The Wild, The Innocent & The E Street Shuffle (which introduced his most important backing group, the E Street Band), and he rose to stardom with 1975's streetwise, sweeping Born to Run. 1978's Darkness on the Edge of Town and 1980's The River marked a thematic shift, as his songs addressed the malaise of the working class, whose dreams had begun slipping out of reach.

British mezzo-soprano and BBC New Generation Artist Helen Charlston and pianist Sholto Kynoch present their take on Robert Schumann’s famous song cycle Dichterliebe (A Poet’s Love), based on poems by early 19th century German poet Heinrich Heine. The sixteen songs convey the birth of love, wonder, fragility in the face of love, emotions and nuances, wounds, sorrow, nostalgia, dreams, tears, betrayal, pain, consolation, death… The music expresses all the misfortunes that the poet had to face, as if a mirror image existed between the poet and Schumann.

The Arneis Quartet has a repertoire ranging from standard works to new commissions, and offer an ongoing poetry and music series.

Warren Haynes is a generation-spanning guitar hero. He wasn't out of grade school when some of his best-known collaborators were at the peak of their fame, but he's earned a powerful reputation for his fiery guitar work steeped in blues and Southern rock traditions, and he's distinguished himself as a songwriter, bandleader, and solo artist as well as a gifted sideman. After he broke through working with Dickey Betts and the reunited Allman Brothers Band, Haynes co-founded Gov't Mule, whose blend of jam band and blues-rock sounds made an impact on albums like 1998's Dose and 2017's Revolution Come … Revolution Go, as well as their many live releases. On his own, Haynes has issued an eclectic body of solo work, including the 2011 Southern Soul homage Man In Motion, the 2015 roots music set Ashes & Dust, and 2025's The Whisper Sessions, which stripped his songs down to guitars and vocals.

Chick Corea A masterful and creatively wide-ranging jazz pianist, Chick Corea was a celebrated performer whose influential albums found him exploring harmonically adventurous post-bop, electric fusion, Latin traditions, and classical. Initially emerging in the 1960s, Corea gained early notice for albums including 1968's Now He Sings, Now He Sobs, as well as session work with Willie Bobo, Blue Mitchell, and Stan Getz. He joined Miles Davis' electric ensemble and appeared on 1969's Bitches Brew. As a leader, he built upon his experience with Davis, founding his own innovative fusion group Return to Forever and penning such beloved jazz standards as "Spain," "500 Miles High," "La Fiesta," and "Windows." A prolific musician, and the fourth most-nominated artist in Grammy history with 60-plus nominations and 20 wins, Corea continued to release a steady stream of acclaimed Top Ten jazz-charting albums throughout his career, including 1976's The Leprechaun, 1989's Chick Corea Akoustic Band, 2014's Trilogy, and 2019's Antidote.

Classic rock band from Winnipeg, Canada, formed in 1972 by ex-The Guess Who guitarist Randy Bachman and his younger brother, Rob Bachman, on drums. At first they were called Brave Belt. They changed their name when vocalist Fred Turner joined. Tim Bachman (also a brother) joined on guitar. They had some success in the USA with their debut album. Tim Bachman left in 1974 and Blair Thornton replaced him. Then, the great American, as well as European success started, and several albums and singles were released. In 1977. Randy Bachman left the band and went solo. Jim Clench took Randy's position. The band then shortened their name to BTO and released two albums under this name. Randy Murray replaced Jim Clench later. They are still touring the world with their 70's rock.
