Hayden, the long-heralded king of Canadian slacker folk, will release his ninth studio album, Are We Good, a crowning achievement in his well deep catalogue of heartfelt storytelling – and his much-anticipated first new album since 2015’s Hey Love.

Elmo and Nico Harris present their first album “Liquid Fusion” which can be described as a ride through space, where we discover different planets in an electronic-jazz universe. Visiting planets of different flavors like jazz fusion, R&B, 80s disco, you name it. The ride starts with an orchestral composition: "Liquid Fusion", then further dives into the fun and high-energy jazz fusion tracks like “Mirage”, “Nylon”, “Savannah” and “Where to Go”. Including a taste of side B with “Nocturn Lights” and the dance track “Freeze”, the mood begins to change to a deeper blend of emotions.

1997 saw Blur abandon English character song and look towards left-field American rock for inspiration. HORRIFIC is an old school Thrash/Death Metal band that was born in Almería, Spain, in mid-2018 when Anthony (bass), Rhandy (vocals) and Rubén (drums), after finishing a failed previous project, contacted with Richie (guitar) and they ask him to start a musical project based on Death Metal. It is worth noting the theme of the lyrics of his songs, always in Spanish, which is frequently inspired by classic horror movies, certain lurid events or the psychological imbalance of serial killers. In the tracklist of the album "Chapter 1" you can find a clear references to movies like The Shining, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Boys of the Corn or Friday the 13th, and tacitly, to serial killers like John Wayne Gacy, Richard Ramirez or Ed Gein.

"Wedding Music" is the stunning collaboration between Tom Challenger (Saxophone) and Kit Downes (Church Organ). Having both led, co-led and recorded with their own critically acclaimed ensembles (Downes with his Mercury nominated 'Golden' and later 'Quiet Tiger'; Challenger with Ma: 'The Last' and Outhouse: 'Straws Sticks and Bricks'), 'Wedding Music' matches the unique texture of Church Organ and Saxophone, as well as bringing together two of the most exciting and gifted young improvisers in the UK.

Recorded in 1968 at Van Gelder Studio, "The Ultimate" features performances by Elvin Jones, Joe Farrell, and Jimmy Garrison. It was produced by Duke Pearson.

Bob Thiele is one of the great producers. For his work with John Coltrane alone, where he gave free reign to the saxophone great's wildest musical visions including 'A Love Supreme', ignoring the usual cost consciousness of a major label, he deserves to be lauded. In addition to this his 8 years at Impulse saw him recording seminal works by scores of musicians including late blooming masterpieces by Ellington and Hodges, and a whole wave of 'new thing' jazzers such as Archie Shepp and Pharoah Sanders. He didn't stop there and when he launched his own label Flying Dutchman in 1969, he continued to innovate and record music that reflected its times, but that also resonates down through the ages.

February 26, 2020, 10 years after the passing of musician Nujabes. Even though a long time has passed, the number of listeners around the world who desire the music of Nujabes continues to grow. During this turbulent world, Nujabes' label, Hydeout Productions, which is still in charge of the band, asked Haruka Nakamura to make a tribute album to mark the 10-year anniversary of his death, saying, 'I want you to move forward 10 years as time stands still.'

Founded by singer and guitarist Steve Albini, Big Black was an American Alternative/punk rock band from Evanston, Illinois, active from 1981 to 1987. Big Black's aggressive and abrasive music was characterized by distinctively clanky guitars and the use of a drum machine rather than a drum kit, elements that foreshadowed industrial rock. The band's lyrics flouted commonly held taboos and dealt frankly - and often explicitly - with politically and culturally loaded topics including murder, rape, child sexual abuse, arson, racism, and misogyny. They were staunchly critical of the commercial nature of rock, shunning the mainstream music industry and insisting on complete control over all aspects of their career.

Singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette became one of the most unlikely stars of the 1990s on the strength of her third album, "Jagged Little Pill". A former child actress turned dance-pop diva, Morissette transformed herself into a confessional alternative singer/songwriter in the vein of Liz Phair and Tori Amos. However, she bolstered that formula with enough pop sensibility, slight hip-hop flourishes, and marketing savvy to become a superstar. Jagged Little Pill, released in 1995, spun off six highly successful singles and earned Morissette several Grammy Awards the following year, including Album of the Year.
