Described as a thundering return to the band's original hard rock sound, "Bleed Like Me" features eleven tracks that return to the power and simplicity of their debut. The first single is the explosive 'Why Do You Love Me'. Amongst the other highlights of the album are the dynamic opener 'Bad Boyfriend', a heavy out and out rock song featuring a guest appearance from Dave Grohl on drums. Aside from Grohl, the album also features an additional guest in the shape of Beck bassist Justin Meldal-Johnsen. This Hi-Res release marked as "Remastered version".

Glacial Movements celebrates the fiftieth record release with "Smooth Inertia", the new album by Polish artist Stefan Węgłowski. He's a composer, producer, live performer. His works include mostly compositions for small ensembles and solo instruments. In his works he uses minimalist and spectral techniques, combining them with broadly defined area of electronic music. He teaches at the Faculty of Media Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He lives and works in Warsaw.

HR Recordings is proud to present the debut of the young Spanish flute player Juan Cossío with Guitarist Agustín Maruri. This very first of several releases is dedicated to the First World Recording of the Complete Music for Flute and Guitar by German composer Gaspard Kummer.

This new release from DUX presents Feliks Nowowiejski's Piano Concerto in D Minor Op 60, and Slavic Cello Concerto, Op 55, performed here by Jacek Kortus (piano), and Bartosz Koziak (cello). Written in 1938, the Cello Concerto is dedicated to the Polish cellist, Dezyderiusz Danczowski. The very extensive, three movement work is a very rare example of such a composition in the Polish music of the inter-war period.

Nancy Wilson/Cannonball Adderley is a studio album by Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley originally issued in February 1962 by Capitol Records. The Penguin Guide to Jazz states "The odd session out is the date with Nancy Wilson for Capitol, primarily designed as a showcase for the young singer but with five band-only tracks as well. Wilson had a self-conscious phrasing and melodramatic lighting-up of key lines - but there is a version of "A Sleeping Bee" here which is one of the most charming of all her recordings, and Cannon and the others play personably throughout". Wilson considered her vocals on the album "as a sort of easy-going third horn".

"Grace" is the only complete studio album by Jeff Buckley, released in 1994. While the album initially had poor sales, peaking at number 149 in the U.S., and received mixed reviews, it gradually acquired critical acclaim and commercial success and, as of 2007, had sold over 2 million copies worldwide.

Orpheus was able to beguile the gods, humans and wild animals with his song and even soften stones - his ancient legendary figure became a myth.

By their own admission, Mt. Desolation are an ‘odd and pretty varied’ collection of people. Oscillating around the band’s primary songwriters and vocalists Tim Rice-Oxley and Jesse Quin, the broader band are exquisite players with an innate ability to add the light and shade to initial song structures provided by Tim and Jesse. The recording of Through Cooked Aim, their third studio album, is the first time they’ve all congregated together in the same room since putting the finishing touches to When The Night Calls in 2017. It’s a process they cherish dearly.

Stan Getz and Astrud Gilberto had a worldwide smash hit in 1964 with The Girl From Ipanema so it made sense to take the show on the road while the song, and bossa nova, were both still hot. Getz and Gilberto embarked on a six-month US tour and recorded two New York shows for this album. One show was at Carnegie Hall, but the show that inspired the album's title was at Greenwich Village's Café Au Go Go. Getz recorded this material with his new quartet, featuring a young Gary Burton on vibraphone, who also contributed two orginal songs. Gilberto earned a multi-album recording contract with Verve as a result of her touring with Getz.

In 1994, singer-songwriter Jeff Tweedy formed Wilco with three of his band mates following the break-up of alt-country pioneers Uncle Tupelo. Daring in its own right, "Summerteeth" foreshadows the even more experimental work to come on the band's Nonesuch debute, "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot".
