What you'll learn
Jenkins and Kubernetes are like two peas in a pod. They're meant to be deployed together. In this course, Running Jenkins in Kubernetes, you'll learn how to set up a Kubernetes cluster with Jenkins running inside.
First, you'll deploy a Jenkins controller using a YAML manifest. Next, you'll install the Kubernetes plugin and configure a pool of on-demand agents. Each job gets its own agent pod. Then, you'll define jobs that run multiple containers (tools) inside the pod. Finally, you'll learn how to fully automate a Jenkins deployment using the official Helm chart with the Jenkins Configuration as Code plugin.
When you are finished with this course, you'll have the skills and knowledge to run Jenkins with Kubernetes and to exploit the benefits of modern containerization in your CI/CD pipelines
