Each Suite is headed by a Prelude of substantial proportions, followed by wonderfully varied dance movements, all perfectly suited to showcase the joyful brilliance of Richard Egarr's harpsichord skill.

"Matanë Malit" (Beyond the mountain) marks the exquisite ECM debut by the Elina Duni Quartet. The recording pays homage to Albania and finds a singer looking at her roots from a contemporary vantage point as a musician engaged in improvisational processes. Duni explores the region’s troubled history, uncovering songs filled with beauty and power. These traditional masterpieces arranged by Duni, tell the stories of lovers, heroes, workers, shepherds and exiles. Each track focuses on the shape of the sound and the composition’s structure. Absolutely riveting!

On "Dallëndyshe" (The Swallow), her second ECM album, Elina Duni sings songs of love and exile. The troubled history of the Balkan regions has inspired many such songs and the pieces here, primarily from Albanian traditional sources, are interpreted with intensity and insight by Elina and her band.

"Handel at Vauxhall, Volume One" contains music by Handel and his English contemporaries. It reconstructs the first act in a typical evening’s concert at Vauxhall Gardens during the 1740s when the programme became more standardized, usually with a set of 16 pieces a night including an opening piece, organ concerto, wind music, instrumental pieces and dances and vocal music including solo and group songs which Jonathan Tyers reputedly introduced for the first time on the advice of Dr.Arne. The music, which was significantly by English composers, was performed by a small band with players doubling up on instruments and singers with very different types of voices.

"Brave New World" was the first album to feature the return of lead singer Bruce Dickinson and guitarist Adrian Smith, and the band's twelfth studio album overall. The album peaked at #7 on the UK Albums Chart and has been certified Gold. It debuted at #39 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
