UltimateLaunch is a powerful plugin for the Windows Mobile today-screen. It provides as many tabs as you like, where you can place other today-plugins and icons to start programs. Switching between tabs can be performed in a modern way with your fingers, by sliding in the desired direction. The switching process will be animated. Almost everything can be individually adjusted.
