With "Be Here Now (Remastered)" a remastered version of the legendary Oasis album will be released in 2016 - the title already reveals it -.
This is the third new release from the "Chasing The Sun: 1993 -1997" series, for which the albums "Definitely Maybe" (1994) and "(What's The Story) Morning Glory" were already released in 2014?" (1995) were reissued.
"Be Here Now" is Oasis' third studio album. It was originally released on August 21, 1997. It reached number one in the UK charts and was certified six times platinum there. It reached number two in Germany and was certified gold.
Like every album in the re-release series, "Be Here Now" will also be released as a deluxe edition with three CDs and special bonus content, some of which have never been released, in addition to the standard CD and the LP version. In addition to the album, this includes a CD with various demos and live versions as well as another CD with a total of 14 Mustique demos. Noel Gallagher had written part of the songs for "Be Here Now" in 1996 on the Caribbean island.
