    TCDIT has the viewer for reading soft copies of Chinese text. TCDIT also makes it much easier to read printed Chinese text where a soft copy is not available. The idea is to use a Chinese input device to directly input or draw the unknown Chinese character into a TCDIT viewer or search window and then ask TCDIT to identify the character.

    This software has already been published by biotop, but then deleted. Now I have reposted it again on request.
